Fundación Mujer y Desarrollo Económico Comunitario FUMDEC – Matagalpa.

It is a civil non-profit organization that helps Rural Women develop their potential as full citizens with economic, political and social leadership, accompanying them in processes of learning and gender awareness; and providing access, use and control of credit services, technical assistance and business advice.

Our partnership has been carried out with 1200 women from the organisation, which are organised in groups by community in the districts of Terrabona, San Isidro y Matagalpa, in the province of Matagalpa. It consists of financial support to the association and to certain producers in particular, recruitment and workshops for all and access to innovation; also, we seek to improve access to health services and education.
